Job summary

Accendra Health in Kingston, NY is hiring a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and provide dependable, compassionate service.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call rotation, and a supportive team environment, with on-call stipends, a safety-focused culture, and a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle checks.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
