Job summary

Accendra Health in the Phoenix Metro area is hiring Delivery Technicians to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes, educating patients on proper use and safety with high-quality customer service.

You’ll join a flagship facility with a supportive, close-knit team. Service radius up to 2 hours from the branch, multiple shifts, and on-call duties are part of the role, with on-call stipends and potential bonuses for safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and set-ups.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
