Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and superior customer service in all interactions.

Responsibilities include home visits, patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the care team. Requires RN license, CPR, and experience in dialysis care; flexible scheduling and on-call duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; 3 months in the specific home dialysis modality.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis.
• Conduct home visits to assess patient environment and care needs.
• Document nursing services in Electronic Medical Records.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to support patient care.
• On-call nursing services, nights and weekends as needed.
