Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Texas is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients for home dialysis and provide ongoing support. You will conduct home visits, assess environments, and monitor patient progress while documenting care in the EMR.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and solid English communication, with on-call duties and flexibility for staffing locations as needed. Full-time on-site position in Laredo, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the applicable state.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; 3 months in home dialysis (Texas may require 6 months).
• CPR certification required prior to patient care.
• Strong English communication; basic computer skills in USRC systems within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis.
• Perform home visits to assess patient environment and status.
• Document nursing services in EMR with accuracy and continuity.
• Coordinate infection control monitoring and emergency preparedness.
• Handle on-call nursing duties nights and weekends as needed.
• Maintain clinic and patient supply inventory and place orders timely.
