CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Home Therapies CAP1 track. You will coordinate and deliver home dialysis care, assess patient learning needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective treatment in the home setting.

Responsibilities include data collection, nursing documentation, patient education, and assisting with training of Home Dialysis patients and Home Partners.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with nephrology nursing focus.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Must meet state licensure and practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver home dialysis care under supervision.
• Collect and document dialysis data and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patient and family about home dialysis training and care.
