Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Home Therapies CAP 1 program. You will coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of home dialysis patients, assess responses to training, and communicate issues to the physician as needed.

You will educate patients and families, administer medications as prescribed, and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes. 10

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification current or valid.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for home dialysis patients.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis training and treatment protocols.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe delivery of dialysis therapy at home.
• Participate in on-call rotation and staff training as assigned.
