Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Home Therapies CAP 1 designation to coordinate and provide clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients undergoing home dialysis training and treatment.

You will document nursing assessments, participate in education, ensure safe delivery of dialysis therapy, and support the Interdisciplinary Team while pursuing CAP requirements and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for home dialysis patients under supervision.
• Collect and analyze dialysis data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis training and treatment.
• Document nursing assessments and collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team.
• Support the safe delivery of dialysis therapy and respond to emergencies.
