Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG seeks an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to coordinate and deliver patient-centered dialysis care. You will assess patients, plan and document care, and collaborate with the physician to optimize training and outcomes.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease team, you will participate in education, quality improvement, and on-call coverage, with opportunity to advance through CAP requirements while supported by a skilled multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess dialysis patients and coordinate care.
• Document and adjust treatment plans in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis training.
