Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in the United States is hiring a Home Training Registered Nurse to evaluate, train, and support home dialysis patients, care partners, and families. The role requires a current RN license, 12 months of nursing experience, and familiarity with peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.

BLS and CPR certifications are required, with strong communication skills essential for coordinating care.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
Twelve (12) months of nursing experience.
Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements; three additional months in the specific modality may be required by state regulations.
Documented training and experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis and maintenance of the dialysis access.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Current CPR Certification.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, train, and provide support to home dialysis patients, care partners, and families.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and safety in the dialysis setting.
Apply knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient rights while caring for patients.
Communicate effectively with clients and staff to coordinate care.
