Responsibilities

• Train patients and care partners in home dialysis techniques.
• Perform home visits and assess the home environment.
• Document nursing services in the EMR.
• Coordinate infection control monitoring and reporting.
• On-call nursing duties at nights and weekends.
• Manage clinic and home program supply inventory and orders.
