Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) and current state licensure.
• Minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing experience; dialysis experience preferred.
• Successful completion of dialysis therapies training.
• CPR certification and ability to work with home dialysis equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective training and oversight of home dialysis therapies.
• Educate patients and families on ESRD and home therapy processes.
• Coordinate transfer of patients between home and clinic settings.
• Document orders, lab results, vital signs, and treatment parameters.
