Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to empower and train dialysis patients in peritoneal and home hemodialysis. You will work primarily in the clinic setting and conduct initial home visits with another staff member, acting as an onsite educator and care coordinator.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and experience in dialysis or home therapies is preferred. Training is provided, and on-call or varied shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Home dialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for home dialysis patients.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Prepare and document patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for quality outcomes.
