Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level registered nurse for the Home Therapies CAP1 program in Missouri. You will participate in education, training, and coordination of home dialysis care for a defined patient group, under supervision, and in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role involves teaching patients and families, documenting care plans, and supporting clinical outcomes while rotating with other staff.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and CPR certified.
• 12 months RN experience required; home dialysis experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; able to meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess and document patient learning needs; educate patients and families.
• Administer medications per protocol and participate in emergency response.
