Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to support the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients, coordinating home dialysis training and treatment therapy with physicians and the health care team.

As a member of the ESKD team, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with <2 years in nephrology nursing.
• RN with 1+ year experience preferred.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis and treatment options.
• Administer medications per prescribed protocols and document effectiveness.
• Lead and train staff as assigned and participate in quality improvement.
