Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. The role focuses on nursing care coordination, home dialysis training, and collaboration with the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.

You will assess patients, educate families, administer medications, and participate in quality improvement while meeting CAP requirements. Travel to patient homes or training sites may be required, with on‑call rotation as part of the program.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure and nephrology exposure.
• Entry level; 2 years or less in nephrology preferred.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care per established protocols.
• Assess and manage patients’ response to home dialysis training and treatment.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis care and equipment.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and staff training.
• On-call rotation and potential travel to training sites or patient homes.
