Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap, delivering an elevated home styling experience.

You will conduct one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home, create design plans, and promote engagement with our Brand. The role emphasizes strong product knowledge and exceptional service across design studio collections.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Experience in completing and coordinating complex large orders within a variety of sales channels.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one on one consultations in-store and in-home regarding the design of living spaces to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations including measuring and assessing the client's living space.
• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, locating merchandise, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
