Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to guide customers through one-on-one design consultations and close sales at the cash wrap in Sarasota, FL.

You will leverage design expertise to create compelling living space plans, present design options, promote current promotions, and deliver World-class service across in-store and online channels while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Specialty retail experience preferred.
• Ability to measure and assess living spaces for design plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in store and in-home consultations to drive store sales.
• Measure and assess client living spaces with accuracy.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment and assist with related services.
