Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engagement of customers and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, process payments, and involve management when needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs and initiatives to customers.
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and teamwork.
• Support store management and onboarding of new teammates.
• Ensure stock and displays are properly stocked and accessible to customers.
• Uphold store safety standards and loss prevention guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and stockroom preparation as needed.
• Execute store demonstrations and product showcases to engage customers.
