Job summary

You will collaborate with your team, assist with onboarding new teammates, process payments at the POS, and uphold safety and loss prevention guidelines while delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, and escalate as needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and store initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Support onboarding of new teammates and uphold safety policies.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and safety throughout shifts.
