Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers in discovering pieces for their homes, driving sales and loyalty program participation. You will maintain a beautifully presented sales floor and uphold brand standards while collaborating with the team to onboard new teammates.

In this role you’ll engage customers with product knowledge, assist with inventory and curbside pickups, and ensure a welcoming environment that supports store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates.
• Experience with store systems and equipment used in daily operations.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management when needed.
• Promote promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and other initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support team.
• Support onboarding of new teammates and uphold safety and policies.
• Stock displays and assist with inventory and stockroom readiness.
• Process orders including curbside pickup and buy-online-pick-up-in-store.
• Protect store safety and participate in loss-prevention practices.
