Clayton Homes is hiring a Retail Home Consultant in Hermiston, Oregon to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the home-building journey. You will coordinate construction timelines, set appointments, and demonstrate home features to add value.

A CRM-driven approach and strong communication are essential, with weekend availability and background checks required. Successful candidates will earn a $60k base salary with a lucrative commission plan and unlimited earning potential,

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the home construction process and timelines.
• Set appointments and follow up with leads using CRM.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of homes to create added value.
• Assist with merchandising and upkeep of model homes and displays.
• Develop and execute prospecting plans to boost center traffic.
