Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the home construction process. The role involves presenting model homes, demonstrating features, and driving sales in a retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relationship-driven sales, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays. Clayton offers a base salary of $50k plus commission, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relationship-driven sales to consumers

• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing
