Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN position in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on delivering functional rehabilitation in home and community settings, beyond traditional clinic environments.

You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and work with a collaborative team to support recovery from neurological injuries. The position offers hourly pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within Rehab Without Walls

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; may require lifting up to 100 pounds with safety.
• Duties may involve pushing/pulling, bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re‑assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
