Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation invites a Physical Therapist to join Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Florence, SC as a PRN position. You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and drive home and community-based rehabilitation with a patient-centered focus.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative therapy team, with per-hour pay, travel support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
