Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our Home and Community Program. In this role, you will provide functional rehabilitation to clients in various real-life settings, focusing on their needs and enhancing their recovery journey.

Your responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a dynamic team of therapists. The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay at $50.00 - $55.00 per hour, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a physical therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment plans and communicate with the treatment team.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide resources for home and community safety.

Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques

Effective communication skills

Physical capability to lift 50-100 pounds
