BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in the community. You will treat clients in their own environments—be it at home, work, or community settings, ensuring therapy goes beyond traditional settings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license. The role offers a flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, and no weekends or holidays required, all while making a significant impact in the lives of clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team.
