Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Complete required documentation and maintain records per HIPAA and FCC policies.
• Report incidents or emergencies promptly to supervisors.
