Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Valid Arkansas driver's license required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, meal prep, budgeting.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in required forms and logs.
• Follow Plan of Care and ensure health, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report incidents or emergencies promptly and maintain HIPAA compliance.
