Qualifications

• Two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Valid Arkansas Driver's License is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Complete documentation such as behavioral and progress reports.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
• Follow Plan of Care and medication management guidelines.
• Engage clients in recreational activities and safe daily routines.
