No prior HVAC experience is required as extensive training is provided; you will collaborate with service techs to recommend equipment and services, with a focus on work-life balance and employee

Formación

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and sales tools; able to navigate tech solutions.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
