Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team. No prior HVAC experience required—we provide top-notch training and support to help you excel while earning over $100K in your first year.

You will collaborate with service technicians to present equipment options, travel to client locations, and build relationships that drive customer satisfaction and referrals. This exempt, full-time role emphasizes work-life balance and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new, current, and previous customers to build lifelong relationships.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners find solutions and improve comfort.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present the best equipment options for customers’ homes.
• Additional duties as assigned.
