Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional in Raleigh, NC. You will close deals, train on HVAC solutions, and collaborate with service technicians to propose the best options for homeowners.

Training is provided and commissions are a key part of compensation. Ideal candidates have strong sales drive, willingness to travel to client sites, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to save on utilities and improve comfort.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and service options.
