Job summary

Southern Home Services invites you to join as a Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional. You will drive deals, partner with service technicians, and present the best comfort solutions for homes. No prior HVAC/blending experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You’ll travel to customer locations, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and have real opportunities to earn over $100K in your first year with uncapped commissions and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and capable of using technology sales tools to streamline processes and drive sales.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers with home comfort solutions to build customers for life.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and improve comfort and air quality.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
