Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team. Drive sales by turning warm leads into satisfied homeowners and collaborating with service technicians to present the best equipment and service options for homes.

No prior HVAC experience is required—we offer top-notch training and industry knowledge to help you succeed. This exempt role offers growth, commission opportunities, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Proficient with PC and using technology sales tools.
Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Interact with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions and build customers for life.
Communicate during in-home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and improve comfort.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and service options.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
