Southern Home Services is seeking a results-driven Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join a dynamic team. You will partner with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for homeowners.

Qualifications

Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.
Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.

Responsibilities

Interacting with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions.
Communicating effectively in in-home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and improve air quality.
Conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
