Hastings Group in Leicester is seeking a dedicated complaints agent to investigate and resolve home claim complaints in a FCA-regulated environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, own the process from initial contact to resolution, and ensure every customer interaction meets policy and regulatory standards.

This role offers hybrid working with a Leicester office presence, a starting salary of 32,650 pounds plus benefits, and a 25-day holiday allowance with buy/sell options.

Formación

• Experience in FCA-regulated environment with home insurance is required.
• Experience supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and fairness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to deliver difficult messages with tact and clarity.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve home and home claim complaints to a high standard.
• Own complaints end-to-end, maintaining customer contact throughout.
• Record detailed investigations and ensure all customer points are addressed.
• Make decisions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Support a high level of customer service and first responses.
• Work in a hybrid Leicester office, with remote work as arranged.
