Clayton Retail is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction for their dream home. You will present display homes, demonstrate features, and convert leads into appointments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates bring relationship-driven sales experience, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Saturdays and on-site presence are required in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and show homes in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify a floor plan and options.
• Coordinate the construction process with customers and internal teams.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects using the CRM system.
• Demonstrate homes and present features to create added value.
