Elara Caring is seeking a Care Team Supervisor in the Houston area to lead a team of caregivers providing in-home services. You will schedule, coordinate, and monitor care plans, while ensuring compliance and high-quality client outcomes.

The role supports branch growth and requires strong organization and people skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fast-paced healthcare settings, familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid operations, and bilingual abilities as needed by location.

Competenze

• Five years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience working with elderly or disabled populations preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Bilingual fluency may be required based on location

Mansioni

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services, including coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
• Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation.
• Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements.
• Monitor reports to ensure accuracy in billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers to promote performance and engagement
