Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations preferred.
• Five years in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual fluency may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services.
• Maintain client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and documentation.
• Review and manage contract-specific documentation and authorizations.
• Educate clients on services, policies, and Federal/State regulations.
• Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning.
• Review reports and monitor billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery.
• Process and manage employee timesheets and collaborate with payroll.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, licensure, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance counseling to caregivers.
• Ensure trainings, certifications, and health assessments are kept up to date.
• Conduct caregiver orientations and maintain records.
• Monitor daily client service delivery and staffing coverage.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership.
