Elara Caring in Texas is seeking a Care Team Supervisor to lead a dedicated group of caregivers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality in-home care. You will coordinate care, manage schedules, and collaborate with branch leadership to support patients where they live.

This role emphasizes coaching, compliance, doc skills, and strong communication as you guide staff through trainings and performance reviews while aligning with payer and licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong computer proficiency and thorough documentation skills are expected.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services, including coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
• Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation.
• Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements.
• Monitor reports to ensure accuracy in billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery.
• Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning efforts.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all licensure, payer, contract, and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers to promote performance and engagement.
• Ensure caregiver trainings, certifications, health assessments, and in-services are completed.
