Addus HomeCare in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Full Time Service Coordinator (Scheduler / Recruiter) to coordinate staffing, recruit talent, and support HR and operations. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; location: Addus HomeCare, 164 River Vista Place, Twin Falls, ID 83301.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Field recruiting experience and ability to cover shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staffing requirements and provides recruitment assistance to the Agency Director, Regional Director, and Human Resources.
• Researches resources to stay current on industry trends and develops pipelines for critical positions.
• Develops social media, electronic and print media opportunities for recruiting.
• Drives the field recruiting and hiring process: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and orientation.
• Coordinates pre-employment, onboarding, background checks, and reference checks.
• Maintains ongoing employee files and compliance.
• Develops creative sourcing strategies including referrals, job fairs, and online postings.
• Identifies recruiting trends to stay competitive and audits new-hire packets.
