Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Twin Falls, ID seeks a Full Time Service Coordinator (Scheduler / Recruiter) to join the team. The Location Recruiter coordinates recruitment with sales plans to meet client needs and staffing goals, driving pipelines and posting openings.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Boots on the ground recruiting and covering shifts in the field as needed.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation (Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staffing requirements and provides recruitment assistance to the Agency Director, Regional Director, and Human Resources.
• Researches resources to stay current on business, competitor presence and industry trends.
• Develops pipelines for critical positions and networks extensively.
• Drives the field recruiting and hiring process: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, selecting, offers.
