Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule caregivers, supervise in-home workers, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for older adults and people with disabilities.

You will manage client updates, coordinate schedules, perform monthly wellness calls and home visits, and support field staff while upholding HIPAA and all regulatory standards. This is a full-time role with beneficial perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling software; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages caregiver schedules in the scheduling system.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients for service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Addresses escalated client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervises direct service employees and enforces company policies.
• Maintains professional branch appearance and confidentiality at all times.
• Follows regulations including MCO, Medicare, Medicaid and HIPAA.
