Job summary

CareSense is seeking a Staffing Coordinator at our local branch to independently grow the agency by increasing referrals while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

You will match caregivers to clients based on needs and availability, schedule care, monitor timeliness, and handle on-call duties while collaborating with nurses and office staff. A high school diploma and 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license.
• Background check required and authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skills, schedule needs, and availability.
• Schedule caregivers for home care and resolve issues that arise.
• Accurately staff clients by location and requests.
• Organize caregiver and client issues, including time off, questions, changes, and availability.
• Use the care management system to monitor on-time arrival, clock-in/out, logs, and records.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers and office staff.
• Perform in-home assessment visits and calls as required.
• Complete incident reporting as necessary.
• Contact healthcare providers for documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal rules; on-call responsibilities.
• Handle other projects/duties as assigned by administration.
