Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Staten Island, NY is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy to patients in Staten Island, NY 10314. The role offers flexible hours, a per diem schedule, and a sign-on bonus.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapy across speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing domains. You will monitor progress, document diligently, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
• Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to patients in Staten Island, NY 10314.
