Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in the Bronx, NY. You will provide individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services to patients in their homes with schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Requirements include an active NYS SLP license, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. We offer a flexible schedule, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active NYS Speech-Language Pathologist License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF settings preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Reliable transportation for home visits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, fluency, articulation, and voice disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers.

Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in the Bronx, NY 10457.
