Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Brewster, NY 10509 is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to patients in their homes while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

The role requires an active New York State SLP license, and preference given to candidates with 1 year of home health, outpatient, or SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, outpatient, or SNF settings preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team in the Brewster, NY 10509. In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services to patients in their homes while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License — required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
• Reliable transportation for home visits preferred

Job Responsibilities:
