Griswold Home Care - Raleigh & Apex is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to match caregivers to clients based on care needs, skills, availability, location, and personality. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m., in office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays after training, with one on-call night per week and some holidays.

The role offers a $50,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses up to $10,000, health insurance, PTO, holidays, mileage and phone reimbursement, and paid

Qualificações

• Scheduling experience or strong coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and handling shifting priorities.
• Clear, kind communication by phone and text.
• Comfort with computer systems and accurate record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Match caregivers to clients based on care needs, skills, availability, location, and personality.
• Build steady care teams with backup coverage for ongoing and high-hour clients.
• Fill call-outs and open shifts quickly, including urgent same-day coverage.
• Keep clients, families, and caregivers informed about schedules and changes.
• Balance coverage, caregiver hours, and overtime to keep care on track.
• Help interview, onboard, and orient new caregivers.
