Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid office-based role. You will match caregivers to clients, build care teams, fill shifts quickly, and keep everyone informed on schedules and changes.

We offer a $50,000 base salary with quarterly bonuses up to $10,000 per year, health insurance, PTO, holidays, mileage and phone reimbursement, and training with a clear path to leadership as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, staffing, dispatch, customer service, healthcare, or home care, or strong coordination skills and a willingness to learn

Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m.-4:45 p.m. | In office Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays after training

The honest details

This is fast-paced, people-centered work. Schedules change quickly, and some coverage needs are urgent. You’ll work Monday-Friday, 8:45 am.-4:45 pm, in our office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays once training is complete. You’ll be part of a team with a Care Operations Manager and fellow scheduling coordinators. The role includes one on-call night per week and select holidays.
