Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor degree; may substitute degree with education/experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR functions in an office.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid state auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire/terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• On-call: handle on-call responsibilities from clients, caregivers, and referrals.
• General office support for Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
